Dr. Teltser is an Assistant Professor of Economics at the University of Louisville, and affiliated with the John H. Schnatter Center for Free Enterprise. His current research focuses on the shortage and allocation of transplantable human organs, the effects of kidney exchange programs on patient outcomes, and policy issues surrounding the sharing economy. Keith has a Ph.D. in economics from Michigan State University, and B.A.s in Economics and Philosophy from West Virginia University.
