The Econ Games Speaker Series on November 17th, 2021 features Dr. Dustin Rumbaugh. During this event, Dr. Rumbaugh will present his recent publication in the Journal of Sports Economics "The Impact of American Football on Men's Labor Hours. The Question is 'Are Your Ready for Some Football?'". This paper was co-authored with Luke Petach

Dustin Rumbaugh: Labor Economics and American Football Flyer

Dustin Rumbaugh is an Assistant Professor of Economics at Belmont University. He earned his Ph.D. in Economics from Middle Tennessee State University. His areas of expertise are industrial organization and labor economics, with an emphasis on the economics of education. His current research focuses on the impact of scholarship programs on student decision making and achievement. He has presented his work at the Southern Economic Association and has various other works in progress.
