The Department of Economics and Institute for the Study for Free Enterprise are co-hosting Federal Reserve Board Governor Christopher Waller on Thursday October 6 for a lecture on current monetary policy and the economic outlook.

 

The lecture will be held at 5:00pm in Kincaid Hall, and is free and open to the public. All are welcome.

 

Dr. Waller held the Gatton Endowed Chair in Macroeconomics from 1998-2003, and subsequently was on the faculty at Notre Dame and then as Vice President for Research at the St. Louis Fed. He was confirmed to the Board of Governors by the U.S. Senate in December 2020.
